
Refund and Returns Policy

At KlowTopix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and easy process for returns and refunds. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@klowtopix.xyz or 307-621-0431. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items on sale or clearance
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process, and we will assist you in selecting the correct item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@klowtopix.xyz with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs, as long as the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
